Knitting
Seamless knitting technology differs from normal circular weft knitting in that the body panel is ejected immediately after knitting. There are no sewn seams in the body of the garment making it more comfortable to wear. We manufacture seamless knitwear using state-of-the-art 28 gauge Santoni TOP SM8 TOP2 knitting machines. We have 78 knitting machines in 13”, 14”, 15”, 16”, 17” and 18” diameter, with full jacquard facility.
Dyeing
We have the latest technology in garment dyeing technology using Proll & Loman, Flainox and Tonello dyeing machines. We are also equipped with high temperature dyeing machines enabling us to dye polyester garments. We are equipped with Data Color computer colour measurement with automatic Laboratory colour dispensing for fast accurate colour matching’s. Seamless garments are garment dyed using dyestuff depending on the substrate.
