Easterlies Ltd

Operating since 1989 our company was the pioneer of excursions on catamarans. Easterlies Ltd was born of the passion of 2 men for sailing, Mr. Amedee Poupard and Mr. Jacques Le Clezio. Developing over the years Easterlies Ltd now has 8 catamarans from 12 to 17 feet in their fleet, as well as a number of speed boats.

THE CREW

The crew are responsible for the float of 8 catamarans, from 12 to 17 metres. The boats of 12 to 14 metres are have a captain and 2 assistants, while the 14 to 17 metre boats require 4 assistants to second the skipper.

East Coast Cruise

Be seduced by a day on board Oceane. The departure is from Trou d’eau douce at approximately 9.h30. The excursion consists of a visit to the waterfalls of Grand River South East and a stop for snorkeling at the “Grand Blue”.

Lunch is served on board the catamaran, while moored behind Ile aux Cerfs. After your delicious lunch take the time to discover the island of Ile aux Cerfs before boarding the catamaran again at around 15hr00 the return to Trou d’eau douce by 16h00.

West Coast Cruise

A Day on board Aquarelle. The departure is every day at approximately 9h15 La Carangue Centre de Peche in Black River.

Once on board Aquarelle, we sail in the direction of Tamarin Bay to look for the dolphins who are normally seen swimming around here in the late morning. We then stop close to the coral reef to discover the beauty of the undersea world while snorkeling.
