Airport:

Permanent airport counter with multilingual staff. Personalised welcome service for arriving passengers. Welcome kit including welcome letter, excursions brochure and a map. Assistance with luggage by our porters. Assistance with departure formalities by multilingual staff
Transfers

Hotel Representatives

Multilingual; available on a 24 hour basis on mobile phones. First contact and information meeting with clients on the day of arrival but latest within 24 hours.

Reservations

For all hotels on the island, luxury villas, self catering bungalows and apartments. Reply to request on the same day but latest within 24 hours. B2B platform for instant reservations for our contracted partners.

Groups & Incentives

Designated department specialised in handling leisure groups, incentives and conferences.

Organization of civil weddings. Creation of special themed weddings (Indian wedding, catamaran wedding, private island wedding, submarine wedding).
