Ariva Ltd is the heritage of two successful companies, Happy World Cargo and Emcar Cargo, both in forwarding business for more than 15 years. Established in 2003 under the trading name of Ariva Ltd. In 2005 Ariva Ltd has been re-branded as Ariva Logistics and has since expanded its activities in Mauritius and the region. Ariva Ltd has also as shareholders the Leal Group, Innodis and Emcar; all reputable companies with solid financial background in Mauritius.
