This complex comprises of fully furnished flats on a self-catering basis. Each flat has a large sitting room, two bedrooms, Kitchen, toilet, and shower room. In the first bedroom there is a double bed. The second bedroom comes with two single beds. There is also an extra bed in the sitting room. Each of these flats can accommodate up to five persons. All flats have access to a large and spacious balcony facing the sea only feet away from the popular Pereybčre beach. The charge rate for this type of flat/apartments is £21.00 per night in British currency.
There are also two categories of studio flats. In the the first category each studio flat has a bedroom for up to two persons with a double bed, a kitchenette, a shower/toilet and a balcony. The charge rate for this type of studio flat without air conditioning is £12.00 per night in British currency. With air conditioning the charge rate is £14.00 per night in British currency.
In the second category of studio flat an aditional single bed can be placed to accommodate a third person. For a three-person studio flat of this type the charge rate without air conditioning is £14.00 per night in British currency. With air conditioning the charge rate is £16.00 per night in British currency.
